I always tell myself that I am not drunk after having a few drinks and drive the group home every time we go out. But I’m afraid that one day, I’ll just be caught and charged with DUI here in Norman, Oklahoma. How could I avoid a DUI arrest after a night out?

But it would help a lot if you plan ahead and be ready so that no one would ever be in an accident, be caught drunk driving and be charged with DUI. You also have to plan ahead of time as to who will be the designated driver. You can also take turns being the designated driver. Do not let someone you know who may consider driving drunk.
